1. Extremely high omega 3 concentration – unprecedented purity
If you are looking for an easily absorbable and pure fish oil supplement, choose QuattroCardio®. This supplement provides you with no less than 600mg of EPA and 495mg of DHA per capsule. This is an ideal amount to get your omega 3 intake from your diet (also called your omega 3 index) above the recommended 8%. Equally important is the way these omega 3s are produced. The production of the omega 3s in QuattroCardio® uses the gentlest method currently available, a cold production process via an environmentally friendly technology, which also removes all traces of heavy metals from the crude fish oil.
2. Coenzyme q10 in an easy-to-use form
Coenzyme Q10 comes in two interchangeable forms: ubiquinone and ubiquinol. Ubiquinol is the best choice of these two forms. The extent to which ubiquinone can be converted to ubiquinol decreases with age. It is therefore recommended to take a ubiquinol supplement from the age of 35. Ubiquinol is an immediately usable form of CoQ10 and does not need to be converted. With QuattroCardio® you get 100 mg of ubiquinol daily. In food, ubiquinol is mainly found in guts (e.g. in pig heart, 20 mg/100 g) and to a much lesser extent in poultry (e.g. chicken leg 2 mg/100 g) or fish (e.g. trout 1 mg/100 g). Not immediately large quantities. Until recently, it was not possible to process Ubiquinol in a stable form in supplements. That is why most supplements contain ubiquinol. A Japanese company has succeeded in producing a stable form of ubiquinol. For QuattroCardio® we only use these easily absorbable, original Japanese capsules.
3. Vitamin k2 as mk -7, like the traditional Japanese breakfast
Natto, the staple of the traditional Japanese breakfast, is remarkably high in vitamin K. It’s made from fermented soybeans and isn’t particularly appealing to Westerners because it smells quite strong and is quite sticky. Fortunately, the superior form of vitamin K from natto is available in supplement form, namely as vitamin K2, more specifically the type we know as menaquinone 7 (MK-7). MK-7 ensures that you maintain normal bones. QuattroCardio® gives you a daily dose of 90 µg of MK-7 as MenaQ7 crystals (MK-7 in a purity of more than 95%).
4. Vitamin d3: good physiologically active
There are two types of vitamin D: vitamin D3 and vitamin D2. D3 is mainly found in oily fish and is identical to the vitamin D produced by the body. That is why vitamin D3 is used by the body at least three times more effectively than D2. Vitamin D3 supports the maintenance of normal bones and also plays a role in the normal functioning of the immune system and the maintenance of normal muscle function. In short, QuattroCardio® gives you top quality omega 3, ubiquinol, MK-7 and vitamin D3.
